Interior Design for Renovations: Contractors

Discovery
Ellis Interiors loves to get to know clients on an individual basis.  We start with a phone interview to discuss your client’s needs and determine if K. Ellis Interiors is a good fit.  Next, we move to a one-to-two hour in-home, Zoom or on-site consultation.  During that meeting, we will explore your client’s renovation vision and budget. Then together we will decide the best course of action.

Vision Mapping
Ellis Interiors will provide you and your client with an outline of the scope of services required per room and the estimated number of K. Ellis Interiors billable hours necessary to accomplish your renovation.

Implementation
When you are ready to get started, here is what implementation looks like:

• From the items listed in your vision map, we will prioritize, make a plan, and get started.
• Ellis Interiors will schedule appointments and accompany your client to make all the necessary selections for your project.
• As needed, I will provide you and your client with drafted elevations for approval. These elevations will be shared with installers for their reference.
• Ellis Interiors will make on-site visits, as needed, to help oversee the renovation, answer questions, and provide guidance to keep the job moving forward.

Wrap Up
Once your renovation is complete, I will walk the job with you and your client to make sure everything is completed to everyone’s satisfaction. Any remaining items that need to be completed will be scheduled.
